Yndi Halda is an incredible post rock band from England. Their music is known to be happy and optimistic but it can truly evoke a wide range of emotions. I feel that the variety of instruments they use make them unique and help them stand out amongst other post rock bands. Enjoy!
Here's a cool story for you. So, I introduced my good friend in Memphis to Yndi Halda, he absolutely loved it. Months later he's at a party and pops on Illuminate My Heart, My Darling! Three minutes in the party goes silent and everyone stands where they were for the entire 17 minute duration, completely entranced. By the end of the song everyone bursts out, "Who WAS that?!?!"
